タカラバイオ、シングルセルの解析装置など手掛ける企業を買収へ

タカラバイオは、2016年5月13日、同社の米子会社Takara Bio USA Holdings（TBUSH）社が、シングルセルの解析装置や試薬などの開発や販売を手掛ける米WaferGen Bio-systems社の全株式を取得し、子会社化すると発表した。買収額の上限は、5000万ドル。
