中外製薬が、再生医療ベンチャーのツーセル(広島市南区、辻紘一郎社長)の第三者割当増資を2014年6月に引き受けたことが分かった。投資額は数億円とみられる。中外製薬は2012年にもツーセルに出資しており、今回の分を合わせて発行済み株式数の14%を保有する大株主となった模様だ。
