Tweet ▼ときどき「私の意見は所属組織とは無関係です」と書いてる人がいる。「所属組織を代表するものではない」なら、そりゃそうだろうと思うんだけど、「無関係」はおかしいだろ。その組織に所属していることによって、今のあなたの状態が維持されてるんじゃないの？ 組織から給料とかギャラとかをもらって暮らしてるなら尚更で、そういうものと無関係のあなた、組織と完全に切り離したあなたってどこにも存在しないでしょ、と思うわけです。
▼じゃあたとえば、その組織を離れた場合もあなたの考えはまったく変わらないんですか、というと、そんなことないと思うんだよね。そんなに人間って固くないよ。
▼たとえば仮にキャッシュフローが同じであっても、無職状態の人と、毎日通う会社がある人の考え方はまったく違っているほうが普通でしょう。所属組織には他の人もいるわけで、そういう人との交流と無関係に自分の考えを維持できる人なんて、いないでしょ。所属組織に属している人間が自分一人で「所属組織＝自分」ならまだしも。
