昨日は、国際栄養食品協会（AIFN）が都内で開催した「2014年【日本の法規制
公開シンポジウム】機能性を標榜する健康食品の安全性及び品質の確保と管理に
ついて」を取材しました。ちょうどオバマ大統領が国賓として来日中というタイ
ミングのシンポジウムでした。
この公開シンポジウムの基調討論の後で開催された記者会見で、在日米国商工
会議所（ACCJ）サプリメント委員会の委員長を務めている天ケ瀬晴信AIFN副理事
長が「健康食品の機能性表示に関する提言」を発表しました。
