英Glaxo SmithKline社（GSK社）とデンマークGenmab社は2014年4月17日、米食品医薬品局（FDA）が、ヒト型抗 CD20 モノクローナル抗体「Arzerra」（オファツムマブ）の生物製剤承認一部変更申請 (sBLA)を承認したと発表した。今回のsBLAは、フルダラビンを用いた治療薬が適切ではない、治療経験がない、慢性リンパ性白血病（CLL）患者を対象としたクロランブシルとArzerraの併用療法にかかるものだ。
