米Omeros社、TMA治療用抗体医薬OMS721のINDをFDAへ提出  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2014-3-7 10:00)

米Omeros社は2014年3月4日、OMS721のフェーズII臨床試験開始のための治験許可申請(IND)を米食品医薬品局(FDA)に提出したと発表した。OMS721は、同社が開発中のマンナン結合レクチンセリンプロテアーゼII (MASP-2)を標的としたヒトモノクローナル抗体である。MASP-2は免疫システムのレクチンパスウェイの鍵を握る調整因子として知られている。

米Catalent Pharma Solutions社は、2014年3月6日、京都大学iPS細胞研究所（CiRA）と契約し、Catalent社の技術を用いて抗コリンモノクローナル抗体を製造すると発表した。パーキンソン病の細胞治療に用いる細胞を選別するために利用するものだ。
