明けましておめでとうございます。本年もよろしくお願いします。2014年は、危機管理（リスクコミュニケーションを含む）とバイオテクノロジーに注目して参ります。アベノミクスの成長戦略の柱となる医療・介護や農業の産業成長では、バイオテクノロジーを活用した危機管理が重要だからです。2013年12月に神戸市で開かれた第36回日本分子生物学会年会のフォーラム「生命医科学研究の情報発信 ? 研究者と疾患当事者間のコミュニケーションを考える」で、理化学研究所発生・再生科学総合研究センター網膜再生医療研究開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトリーダーで眼科医の高橋政代さんが、理研脳科学総合研究センター精神疾患動態研究チームのシニア・チームリーダー/主任研究員で医学博士の加藤忠史さんらと共に、活動紹介をなさいました。
