OriginOil社、藻類培養のコンタミを低減する「Algal Screen」装置の有用性が実証されたと発表  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2013-12-1 0:00)

米OriginOil社は2013年11月25日、新しく開発したエネルギー消費の低い「Algal Screen」という藻類培養の際の微生物によるコンタミを低減する培養最適化装置が有用であることが、大学の学術的な試験により実証されたと発表した。「Algal Screen」は商業規模の藻類生産においてバクテリアや微小生物を効果的にコントロールして、商業的に価値の高い藻類を高効率で培養できるツールを提供するものと期待されている（関連記事）。
