東工大の上田教授らがたんぱく質間相互作用検出FlimPIA法を論文発表、特許出願は富士フイルムと東大  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2013-8-2 6:00) 
 東京工業大学資源科学研究所の上田宏教授(前東京大学大学院工学系研究科准教授)らは、ルシフェラーゼの反応機構を利用して、たんぱく質同士の相互作用を迅速、簡便、高感度に検出できるFlimPIA法(Firefly luminescent intermediate-based Protein Interaction Assay)を開発した。上田教授と大室有紀・日本学術振興会特別研究員、和田猛・東京理科大学薬学部教授らが連名の論文が、2013年8月1日(米国時刻)発行の米Analytical Chemistry誌(インパクトファクター5.695)で発表された。
