理研CMISと岡山大、京大、亜鉛トランスポーターZIP9はB細胞のシグナル伝達制御に関与  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2013-3-8 7:00)

理化学研究所分子イメージング科学研究センター（CMIS）と岡山大学、京都大学の研究グループは、ゴルジ体の膜に局在する亜鉛（Zn）トランスポーターであるZIP9が、ゴルジ体から細胞質へのZnの放出に必須のたんぱく質であり、細胞外刺激に応答してZIP9により放出されたZnは、脱リン酸化酵素であるプロテインチロシンホスファターゼ（PTPase）の活性を抑制することにより、B細胞抗原受容体（BCR）シグナル伝達たんぱく質であるAktやErkのリン酸化を促進することを見いだした。理研CMIS複数分子イメージング研究チームの榎本秀一チームリーダー（岡山大大学院医歯薬学総合研究科の教授を兼任）と廣村信副チームリーダー、岡山大の谷口将済連携大学院生、京都大大学院生命科学研究科の神戸大朋准教授らが、オープンアクセスジャーナルであるPLoS One誌で2013年3月7日（日本時刻3月8日）に発表した。

理化学研究所の研究チームは、マウスのクローニングを繰り返し実施することで、1匹のマウスから598匹のクローンマウスを作り出すことに成功した。理研発生・再生科学総合研究センター、ゲノム･リプログラミング研究チームの若山照彦チームリーダー（現 山梨大学生命環境学部教授）、東京医科歯科大難治疾患研究所の幸田尚准教授、石野史敏教授らの共同研究グループによる成果。2013年3月8日にCell Stem Cell誌に論文発表し、クローンマウスの写真は同誌の表紙を飾った（写真）。論文の筆頭著者は若山清香研究員だ。
