朝日 かき混ぜ不要「くるくる鍋」 歯科医考案、動画でヒット
愛媛の歯医者さんが考えた「くるくる鍋」が、世界的なヒット商品になるかもしれない。お湯を沸かすと渦が発生。麺をゆでれば、かき混ぜ不要、野菜などから出るアクは自然と中央に集まり、噴きこぼれも少ない。先月、国内で売り出すと注文はいきなり５千件に。動画サイトが火をつけ、米国など７カ国・地域でも販売計画が進む。
というわけで検索してみたらYoutubeにも動画がありました。
なるほどクルクル回ってます。
お湯がわいて対流が始まると、鍋の側面につけた斜めの溝によって自然に渦が発生する仕組み。
このアイデアはなかった。しかも歯医者さん考案とは。

家庭用を想定してるみたいですが、吹きこぼれ防止などなら、業務用のほうが用途がありそうな気がします。
それと検索して初めて知ったのですが、この鍋、
クラウドファンディングの「 CAMPFIRE 」で一度募集かけて失敗してるんですね。
