「東京大学職員の方のさつき会奨学金によせる同窓生としての思い」ご紹介
今年は全国的に大変厳しい寒さの冬となりました。
一日も早い本格的な春の訪れが待たれます。
2月26日現在 さつき会奨学金へのご寄付は 皆様のご協力のおかげで 総額2779.7万円となりました。
医学部、薬学部といった6年の学部に通う学生も入れて 今後5年間継続して3人に毎月3万円の給付をしていくという第一目標までには あと201万円です。
去年4月、奨学金委員会発足の時、ぜひ実現させたいという思いは切でしたが、一方で、厳しい経済環境の中で、本当に可能だろうかという不安があったのも事実 でした。
第一目標の実現が近いことを これから給付を受ける学生たち、そして皆様とご一緒にあらためて喜びたいと思います。
給付を受ける学生３名を４月下旬頃にはご紹介できると思いますので、お待ちください。
さつき会奨学金設立以来、東大本部の職員としていろいろ関わって下さっている黒野優菜さん、奨学金について個人的にも感慨をお持ちになっていることが お 目にかかる機会に強く感じられました。
