zuChem社とGodavari社、バイオキシリトールの商業化で提携

米zuChem社とインドGodavari Biorefinaries社は2013年2月11日、キシリトール（xylitol）を生産するzuChem社独自のバイオプロセス技術を商業化するためグローバル・パートナーシップを締結したと発表した。このパートナーシップの下でzuChem社のキシリトール技術プラットフォームと、甘味料や糖類ベースの再生可能食品成分の生産と商業化におけるGodavari社の経験を組み合わせ、食品成分として使用するバイオベースのキシリトールを生産する。
