日経バイオテク11月19日号「リポート」、上場バイオベンチャーの2012年度上期動向  from 日経バイオテクONLINE  (2012-11-21 7:32)

2011年はメビオファーム、ラクオリア創薬、シンバイオ製薬、スリー・ディー・マトリックス（3Dマトリックス）という過去最高の5社が上場したが、2012年は秋になるまでバイオベンチャーの新規上場が決まらなかった。しかし、10月25日にジーンテクノサイエンス（札幌市、河南雅成社長）の、11月6日にはUMNファーマ（秋田市、平野達義社長）の上場が決まった。市場はいずれも東証マザーズで、ジーンテクノは11月30日、UMNファーマは12月11日に上場する予定だ。

理化学研究所脳科学総合研究センター（BSI）神経膜機能研究チームのYeon-Jeong Kim研究員と平林義雄チームリーダーらは、Gたんぱく質共役受容体（GPCR）の一種であるGPRC5Bが脂肪細胞膜上の脂質ラフトに局在し、細胞内外シグナルの伝達で重要なチロシンリン酸化酵素Fynと結合して酵素活性を持続させることが、脂肪細胞の慢性炎症を引き起こす根本的なメカニズムであることを見いだした。米Science誌の姉妹誌であるScience Signaling誌（2012年6月発表のインパクトファクター7.5）への掲載に先立ち、2012年11月20日（日本時間11月21日）付で同誌オンライン版に掲載された。
