日本食品免疫学会（JAFI）の第8回学術大会（JAFI2012）が2012年10月16日、ヤクルトホール（東京・港、客席数550）で開幕し、初日は130人余りが参加している。一般講演50件のうち17件が企業関連の発表だ。ヤクルト本社とカゴメ、雪印メグミルク、日本ハムの4社は一般講演が2件で、森永乳業、明治、NRLファーマ、カルピス、森下仁丹、キリンホールディングス、高梨乳業、雪国まいたけ、松谷化学工業の9社は一般講演が1件（企業名は発表順）。この他、シンポジウムで、明治食機能科学研究所、サッポロビール価値創造フロンティア研究所、江崎グリコ健康研究所、花王生物科学研究所の研究者が登壇する。一般講演の企業関連発表17件を以下に掲載する。 ※続報で参加者数と、会員外共同研究者の情報を追加しました。
