「どうぶつ社」が12月に廃業

Tweet 自然科学関連、特に「いきもの」関連の面白い本を作っていた「 どうぶつ社 」が12月に廃業するそうだ。
ジュンク堂のツイートで知った。
◆池袋本店◆理工書担当より、お知らせです。この12月に、自然科学の良書を丁寧につくられてきた「どうぶつ社」が出版活動を休止し、書店の棚から姿を消します。どうぶつ社36年のしごとを、10月11日〜12月10日、7階理工書売場で展示します。皆様にぜひ見て頂きたいフェアです。

検索してみたところ、かなり前から新刊発行は停止して、在庫の品出しだけ応じていたようである。
面白い本を出していた出版社だったので、残念。
おそらく在庫の多くは断裁されることになると思う。
取りあえず市中に出回れば中古本としてのちのち入手することもできるかもしれないが、元々それほど出回っている本でもない。
取りあえず、アマゾンで検索をかけてみたところ、10/6現在では下記の本はまだ新刊在庫があるようだ。
