BioJapan2012のために来日中のカナダMRM Proteomics社のAndrew Munk最高経営責任者は、定量プロテオミクスを用いたバイオマーカー探索の利点について語った。バイオマーカーたんぱく質ごとに検出用の抗体を作製する必要がないため、疾患バイオマーカーを2、3個に絞り込む必要がなくなる。2012年10月11日、本誌のインタビューに答えた。
