米Spectrum Pharmaceuticals社と米Allos Therapeutics社は2012年8月28日、両社が先日発表したSpectrum社によるAllos社の発行済み全普通株式の買収計画に関して、米連邦取引委員会(FTC)が1976年Hart-Scott-Rodino反トラスト改正法に基づく待機期間を終了したと発表した。
