大阪府大の河野教授、高感度型pH応答性リポソームを抗原デリバリーワクチンとして応用

大阪府立大学大学院工学研究科の河野健司教授は2012年7月26日に開催された第28回近畿バイオインダストリー振興会議・技術シーズ公開会で、機能性リポソーム、特に、細胞内デリバリーシステムとしての優れた性能を有する高感度型pH応答性リポソームについて、その抗原デリバリーワクチンとしての応用を中心に発表した。

未承認薬等検討会議、新規に8件の開発必要性認める

厚生労働省の「医療上の必要性の高い未承認薬・適応外薬検討会議」は2012年7月30日、第12回会合を開催した。第2回目開発要望のあった290件のうち、新規に8件（適応外薬7件、未承認薬1件）について専門作業班（WG）の評価結果報告を受け、医療上の必要性が高いと判断した。今後、厚労省は該当製薬企業に開発要請を行う。

米ARIAD Pharmaceuticals社は、2012年7月30日、BCR-ABL阻害薬のポナチニブ（ponatinib）に関する承認申請を米食品医薬品局（FDA）に提出したと発表した。同社は優先審査と迅速承認の適用をFDAに求めており、承認申請にはローリング審査が適用される。
