高知県立大とファンケル、発芽玄米由来ステロール配糖体が高脂肪食誘導性うつを改善 from 日経バイオテクONLINE (2012-5-20 1:38) |
高知県立大学健康栄養学部の渡邊浩幸教授らは、高脂肪食が誘導するうつ様行動でTNFαが関与すること、発芽玄米由来ステロール配糖体(PSG)がTNFαの産生を抑制してうつ様行動を改善することを動物実験で見いだした。ファンケル総合研究所予防医療研究センターと連名の成果を、仙台市で開かれている第66回日本栄養・食糧学会大会で2012年5月19日に発表した。用いた実験動物はC57BL/6jマウスで、うつ様行動は強制水泳試験における不動時間の測定で評価した。
