米食品医薬品局(FDA)は2012年1月13日、リンパ腫治療薬「Adcetris」(ブレンツキシマブ・ベドチン、SGN-35、米Seattle Genetics社/武田薬品工業)に対して、米国の添付文書では最も厳しい黒枠警告(black box warning)を新たに加えると発表した。
