Tweet ▼原稿を２本書いた。書評用の本を選書した。それ以外は何をしたのか覚えてない。健忘症か？ ▼東北大学　 生命の起源：『化学進化』は海底地下でおこった!　高温高圧条件下におけるアミノ酸のペプチド化を解明 国立大学法人東北大学大学院理学研究科の大竹 翼助教・掛川 武教授らは独立行政法人 物質・材料研究機構の谷口 尚グループリーダー・中沢 弘基名誉フェローらと共同で、高温高圧条件でのアミノ酸の重合実験をおこない、タンパク質の元となるペプチドが単純なアミノ酸（グリシン、アラニン）から作り出されることを明らかにしました。 　これまで、生命の起源を探る有機物合成実験によってアミノ酸など単純な有機物の生成機構は少しずつ解明されてきましたが、それらが原始地球の環境の中でさらに進化する過程はほとんど未解明でした。今回の実験では、より複雑な高分子の生成に成功し、より高圧で、より高濃度のアンモニアが存在することがアミノ酸やペプチドの安定性に重要であることを明らかにしました。 　これは、タンパク質の元となる物質の生成が原始地球の海底地下で起きていたことを示唆しています。つまり初期地球に海が出現し ...
