１．応募資格 東日本大震災で被災し修学継続が経済的に困難で、かつ、岩手県、宮城県、福島県内の大学学部、大学院修士課程または短期大学に在籍する学生の方。
２．募集人数 ２３０名
３．奨学金額 月額１０万円（返済義務はありません。）
４．支給期間 ２０１１年１０月から学業終了まで。但し、長期欠席、休学または留年の期間を除く。
５．応募方法 応募書類に必要事項を記入の上、在籍する大学等に提出する。（応募書類は、日本国際教育支援協会から対象となる大学等に送付される予定です。）
