1.応募資格 東日本大震災で被災し修学継続が経済的に困難で、かつ、岩手県、宮城県、福島県内の大学学部、大学院修士課程または短期大学に在籍する学生の方。
2.募集人数 230名
3.奨学金額 月額10万円(返済義務はありません。)
4.支給期間 2011年10月から学業終了まで。但し、長期欠席、休学または留年の期間を除く。
