Tweet ▼NHKグレートサミッツ「 エベレスト 世界最高峰を撮る 」を見た。４人のカメラマンやシェルパの人たちと一緒に山頂に立った廣瀬学ディレクターは、僕の昔の直接の先輩。番組冒頭から、あまり変わらないようでいて、でも僕が知っている普段とは全然違う表情をしていた廣瀬さん。本当の顔を見たような気がした。
▼番組は前編・後編、合計３時間の長尺で、シェルパたちの暮らしにも焦点があたった作りになっており、大雑把にわけると前編はエベレストのベースキャンプまで、後編が登頂となっていた。ベースキャンプは１０００人が暮らすテント村になっているという。
▼見ていて、エベレスト登頂って有人ロケットの打ち上げみたいだなと思った。大勢が支えて、ごく少数の選ばれた人を、地球上で一番、空に近い場所へと押し上げる。上げられる側もそれに応えるために力を尽くす。エベレストに行って、山頂まで登り、そこからの風景を業務用ハイビジョンカメラで撮る、ただそれだけのシンプルな番組だが、テレビってこういうものだよなと思った。
▼番組はもちろん登ったところで終わりだったのだが実際にはそこから降りてまた帰ってくるわけで、それもまた大変 ...

▼夜の公園に行ったらセミが羽化しまくりで、一部の木は大変なことになっていた。地面は穴だらけで、よく見るとこれから羽化する幼虫が歩いていたりする。
▼これでも昨晩に比べると今日は少し少なかったみたいだ。小学生時代ならこれで夏休みの宿題が完了するくらい写真を撮った。夕方と違って夜中は蚊も意外と少ないのでおすすめである。
▼我が家はもともとネットがブツブツ状態なのだが、夏になってさらにブツブツ状態がひどくなってきた。接続が切れたり繋がったりでイライラする。
▼テレビを見てると朝日新聞の夕刊にこんな記事が出ているとのニュース。

活用が検討されている機能は、人のように滑らかに動く腕の技術。モーターで動く肩やひじ、手首の微妙な力加減を、コンピューターで調整できる。
ホンダは、アシモを原型として、腕の技術を生かした事故処理専用ロボットの製作をめざしている。現場は足場が悪く、転倒の危険もあるため、足回りは二足歩行ではなく、タイヤや、戦車のようなクローラー（無限軌道）を使うとみられる。
