▼震災時のトイレの本を読んでたら、仮設トイレも被災地域の現場では運用が困難との話。普段から使ってないと仮設トイレでさえも駄目らしい。やっぱり、たとえば公衆便所と公衆電話を交番に併設するとか、もうちょっと日常レベルから災害に強くしていってほしい。
▼平成22年度「原子力総合防災訓練」10月に行われた 訓練内容 。
相次ぐ故障により、原子炉の全ての冷却機能が喪失し、放射性物質の放出のおそれがある事態を想定
とある。想定は浜岡原発だったが、今回と同じ状況を想定した訓練を、つい半年前にやっていたようだ。しかしながらその成果は生かされているようにはあまり見えないのは残念。
