Tweet Optio E80 年末から検討していた両親用のデジカメとして、 PENTAX「Optio E80」 を買った。乾電池で駆動し、ボタン数は最小限の機種である。帰省期間中になんとかすることを目標としていたため検討を十分重ねる時間はあまりなかったが、それよりもさっさと買ってしまい、実地に教えるほうがベターだと考えた。注文したのが年末だったので来るかどうか微妙だったが、電池、本体ともちゃんと届いた。ショップや宅配便に大感謝だ。 Optio E80 背面 上面のボタンは電源とシャッターだけ 購入する前に、親を電気屋に連れて行き、デジカメを実際に触らせてみた。うちの親はいまどき、「電気屋にカメラが置いてあるのか」というような親である。電気屋に行ってもデジカメ売場があることそのものに気がついていないのだ。デジタルデバイドどころではない。そもそも購入欲求どころか物欲そのものがほとんどないので、情報欲求もない。こういう人たちにモノを売るのは大変だろうなと思う。 さて、やっぱりあまり多くない品揃えの店頭で、実際のデジカメ操作の様子をみていると、慣れてない機器操作だということもあり、とにかくボタンを力一杯押 ...

Tweet 元旦は寒気に覆われた他の地域同様、宇和島市も寒かったが、2日は非常に暖かくなった。本当にポカポカで、子供の頃遊びに行っていた海や神社を見に行った。 夜には星が綺麗だった。さすがに天の川は見えない。だがそれらしきぼんやりした輝きは見えた。流れ星も何個か見た。流れ星が見えている時間も東京よりもずっと長い。 あとで調べたら、 しぶんぎ座流星群のピーク が４日未明と比較的近かったようなので、それだったのかもしれない。流星群を見るつもりは全くなかったのだが、東京で「流星群を見よう」と思って外出して見たときよりも、ずっと多く見えた。 イーモバイルの不調は相変わらずだったが、一瞬、非常に調子がいい時があった。本来の速度が出るのであればWebページくらいはどこもさくっと開く。これなら十分以上に実用的なんだけどな。全速出なくてもいいので、せめてちゃんと繋がるようになって欲しい。カスタマーサポートへの要望も出しておいたが、反映してくれるだろうか。 本は何冊か読んだのだが、どれも今ひとつだった。 日本テレビ系列で、深夜に「 雲の上の虚構船 」という変な風刺コントをや ...
